About the client
A premium women's clothing brand with global delivery.
Before working with us, they had already collaborated with a freelancer, launching Meta Ads with a budget of $2,500 per month and a stable ROAS of 1.0 over 3 months.

Despite high-quality photos and a strong product, the brand was unable to scale up: there was no clear campaign structure, and targeting was vague and lacked strategy. The brand lost at least $20,000 in revenue during this period.

Results

In just six months, we scaled the budget from $2,500 per month to $15,000+, maintaining stable campaign performance and control over unit economics. Thanks to a full audit, clear audience segmentation, offer testing, and optimization of each stage of the funnel, we brought the brand to a ROAS of 3.98 and an average check of $230, while the cost per acquisition (CPA) remained within $40. The main result was the creation of a scalable advertising system that works as an investment tool: it not only brings in more orders, but also increases profits, taking into account customer LTV, seasonality, and team workload.
