About the client
A lingerie brand in Poland. Average order value — $130, platform — Shopify. Before we began working with them, the brand was hosted on an outdated WordPress site: there was no structured online sales system, no advertising campaigns were running, and organic traffic was insufficient to support growth. What we did

Shopify from scratch. We completely redesigned the website: migrated from WordPress, localized for the Polish market, and optimized for conversions. Without a new infrastructure, running ads would have been pointless.
Email and retention via Klaviyo. We set up basic automations: abandoned carts, welcome series, and promotional communications. Retention became a separate source of revenue within the first few months.
The funnel in Meta. We segmented traffic into cold and warm audiences and selected offers tailored to each segment and time period. The key factor was adapting the website and offers to the Polish market, rather than the budget size.
Ad creatives. The primary format is a static, faceless image with a clear offer for a specific time period. This simple format, which precisely targets the audience, delivered better results than complex production formats.

Results

The brand went from having no online infrastructure to a fully operational sales system. ROAS increased from 2 to 7.5+ with an initial budget of €200 per month

This case is fundamentally different from working with an established brand. Here, we didn’t revamp — we built from scratch. And the first thing any e-commerce launch starts with is this: advertising won’t save a weak infrastructure. First comes a functional website tailored to the market. Only then comes traffic. In the lingerie niche for a new brand in Poland, it was precisely the local adaptation of the website and offers that proved to be the decisive factor, not the size of the budget
