About the client
A dental clinic in Warsaw (Warszawa) offering a full range of services, from fillings to prosthetics. The main task was to set up a systematic flow of new patients through online consultation requests. Before working with us, the clinic's marketing efforts were weak: there were attempts at local advertising, but without a strategy and focus on the most profitable services.

What we did

Set up a landing page with a quick consultation request form
Tested various offers (implantation, caries treatment, prosthetics)
We found that prosthetics is a key driver: patients need to undergo fillings, treatment, and sometimes braces installation before that
The budget was concentrated on prosthetics, while all other services were considered ancillary
Used video content and patient reviews to increase trust
Set up retargeting and segmentation by age and audience pain points (35+)

Creatives

The main focus was on:
  • Video with patient testimonials
  • Creatives focusing on pain (“Bring back your smile and confidence,” “Healthy teeth = quality of life”)
  • Call to sign up for a free consultation via the website

Results

Over 2,000 applications via the landing page during the campaign period.
CPL remained in the range of $0.20–2.01, averaging ~$0.40–0.60.
The key service (prosthetics) brought growth in all areas: fillings, caries treatment, braces.
A stable lead generation channel was formed, and the clinic ceased to depend on word of mouth.

Prosthetics has become a “cash cow” service that drives the entire spectrum of treatment. By focusing on it, we were able to scale up the flow of patients and increase the profitability of the entire clinic, because patients need to have their teeth treated, braces fitted, etc.
